I talked the other day about not buying expensively into a trend that I'm not sure about. Well, if I were to buy into the wooden clog/platform trend... Swedish Hasbeens would be the ones I'd buy!
My monthly check of eShakti's offerings also gave me a few items to lust over. If only I hadn't quit my job! Oh well, it's worth it. :) I can enjoy these beauties from afar.
Do any of y'all have a pair of Swedish Hasbeens? If so, do you like them? Have any of you ever bought expensive shoes only to regret it later?

While I really love the look of some of these shoes, from what I can tell, there's no sort of in-sole. It's just wood. Is walking possible in them?
I love, love, love that multicoloured wrap dress with the cap sleeves.
Carolyn - I have two other pairs of wooden cloggy type shoes, and they are actually comfortable to walk in!
Geetabix - me too! I...must...show...restraint...
Omg, I ADORE that pint top!!! All of them are beautiful though!!
The wooden soles of the Hasbeens were comfy when I tried them on... the heel felt like just the right height and they were super cute. They do seem to run a bit on the medium/medium narrow and didn't fit my wide feet very well at all.
I have never regretted buying expensive/nice shoes, they last longer and look better longer then cheaper shoes. You typically get them at stores that stand behind their product, and as long as you get ones you truly love then you wear the snot out of them.
You could also check ebay... there were several pairs for more reasonable prices.
Thanks Tineke!
